The grapes for Beppi’s Riesling come from Cissone in the Alta Langhe, where a 600-metre elevation ensures perfect conditions to produce a refined and delicate wine. This is made in a classical manner, but with a relatively long time in stainless steel. The aromas are a melange of white florals, stone fruit and citrus, while the palate is typically linear with an assertive spine of acidity. R&R
