100% Barbera. Brichet is sourced from Beppe’s vineyards in Montelupo Albese, south of Alba. The sites have south, southeast and southwest aspects, with the soil characterised by calcareous clay, marl and sandstone. Brichet, like its Dolcetto sibling, Vilot, is the more approachable of Ca' Viola's Barberas. R&R
