100% Pinot Grigio. Fragrant and expressive nose of fresh and cooked orchard fruits, golden apples, Bosc pears and red apple skin, set against notes of almonds, sappy florals and buffering minerality. There’s a richness here, an opulence even, with layered fruit notes accented with plenty of textural slip and concentration. That fruit presence is effortlessly supported by pristinely ripe acidity and a burr of apple skin chew, giving it a light but pleasing grip. R&R
