50% Friulano, 50% Malvasia Istriana. Lifted and quite fragrant with woody and dry herbal notes, white florals, sour apple and hints of forest berries with sappy, lightly resinous notes in the background. The palate is immediately softly textural, but there is a real mineral tension and briny accent that knit into a line of bright acidity, giving this an impeccable balance of concentration and focus.
