Aromatic nose with hints of wild grass and dried herbs, laced with notes of forest berries and red apple, with a faint suggestion of quince fuzz. This has more of the open grace and fragrance typical of Isonzo, with the gravels lending this a distinctly different mineral dimension to Collio expressions. The palate is lightly textural and mid-weight with vibrant acidity. R&R
