Monica, Cannonau, Girò, Muristeddu. From the decomposed white granites of Sa Sedda and Cresia. The wine is fermented in a combination of temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and large conical wooden vats. At the completion of fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in used barriques. R&R
