100% Lambrusco di Sorbara, bottle fermented. Pale red with a distinct purplish tinge. Lifted notes of wild berries – cherries, strawberries, redcurrants – with a deep underlying minerality. The palate is super dry, mineralic, zippy and sapid with a chalky feel and gentle, frizzante mousse. This is so bright and fresh, it would work well as an aperitif or with vitello tonnato or fish dishes. R&R
