A blend of the two emblematic grapes of the Salento, Primitivo and Negroamaro, this wine, like all of Morella’s, is sourced from their own parcels of mature bush vines. Over the years, Lisa and her husband Gaetano have collected traditionally tended plots of old vines and converted them to organic, and, ultimately, biodynamic methods. Winemaking is simple, with no inputs other than a little sulphur. R&R
