The ‘Terrazze’ Riserva is made from a selection of grapes grown on the ancient dry-stone terraces of the estate, which provide an ideal exposition to attain optimal ripeness at this elevation. The hand-picked fruit is de-stemmed and fermented in large wooden fermenters, with maturation taking place in neutral 4–5hl barrels for 16 months, then a further 5 months in neutral 18hl casks. The wine is bottle un-fined and unfiltered. R&R
