Enzo Boglietti Langhe Nebbiolo 2021

100% Nebbiolo. Predominantly composed of declassified Barolo fruit from La Morra, with soils characterised by clay, limestone and sand. The fruit is hand-picked and sorted before indigenous ferment in stainless steel, with regular plunging and daily pumping over for about 10 days. The wine is matured in 2nd use French oak for about 10 months.
