100% Durella. Hand-picked grapes from the Duello Cru – their best vineyard – are pressed softly to only use the first press cut for fermentation in steel. A fifth of the fruit is also partially dried for a month before pressing straight to neutral French oak for fermentation. After blending and secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine rests on less for 48 months. There is zero sugar added when disgorged. R&R
